Credit Card Payments:

Credit card payments will be taken via email by the AGA Cleveland office. There is a two step process for credit card payments:

1. Complete the credit card payment form and email this to Bonnie Dejonge, at bonnie.dejonge@dfas.mil.
2. Submit a conference registration form (online or mail the hard copy form to AGA Cleveland, P.O. Box 99834, Cleveland, Ohio 44199-0834).
