Congratulations to AGA members Bob Bilbrey, Helen Mooradian, and Karen Mclaughlin for receiving a Financial Management Transition Team Achievement Award for their outstanding support for the successful NASA Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transition.

Karen, Bob, and Helen were instrumental in the successful transition of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities for the NASA Glenn Research Center since February 1, 2008.  Their dedication and resourcefulness allowed the NASA Shared Services Center) NSSC to successfully begin business on the targeted date and begin serving customers (NASA employees, Centers, and outside vendors).   Through this teamwork, this group was able to identify requirements and work through any outstanding issues.   NASA benefits from a Shared Services Center that supports a more judicious distribution of discretionary funding to mission core competencies.
