Membership is the lifeblood of our Association. 

Serving the needs of our members is the driving force behind our education programs, our certification program, our publications and our advocacy of issues affecting government financial management.
 
Recruiting new members and retaining current members takes everyone working together, especially at the chapter level. I believe one of our best marketing tools is the positive experience of other members.

So says AGA's former National President, Jullin Renthrope, CGFM, who is challenging every member to recruit at least one new member into AGA and he is challenging our leaders to do even more--to recruit three new members each before the close of the membership year.

This group includes the National Executive Committee, Regional Vice Presidents and Elects, Regional Coordinators, national board and committee members, chapter presidents and chapter membership chairs.
